Final report of the Business Panel on future innovation policy in the EU |

Among the conclusions of the Panel is remarkable the need to address a totally different way to finance innovation through new ventures and partnerships and smarter ways to combine funding through various means. With this objective in mind, the panel proposed lines such as improving and developing the European Investment Fund (EIF), speed up pan-European venture capital funds as an extension of the IFT, and incentives for a European Market for Intellectual Property.
