Constituted in Ibiza the first spanish observatory dedicated to R&D&i in the field 3D, Explor3D |

 It will be dedicated to the research, development and promotion of industry and culture associated with 3D technologies in Ibiza and it was born on 18 January. Explor 3D is a nonprofit organization composed of the Balearic Government and the Consell de Ibiza, of companies involved in the 3D environment such as Other Side Mirror, Virtual Virtual and the Hispagrid Association, and two Spanish universities-the University of Vigo and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
3D Explor's objectives include to enhance 3D applications in areas such as the digital economy, the energy, tourism, health or training. One of the early work of the entity will create a directory of all groups, research institutions and companies working in the field of 3D in Spain.
