Assistance of Vindeira to the event, "ICT for Sustainable Homes" |

 The Technical Secretariat Vindeira went on 16 and 17 November to the city of Nice to attend the first edition of the event "ICT for Sustainable Homes", which discussed the latest developments in ICT applied to energy consumption and sustainability in the home. Thus, various initiatives were discussed, European and international level which try to set down the bases for energy control both residential and industrial, by developing tools to influence the way of work of all actors involved in energy production and consumption.
The main conclusion that all participants of the event reached was the need to define a set of basic standards for the development of monitorization technologies and energy management at household level, both in the field of communication between devices and in the interconection of basic appliances through network adapters.
La principal conclusión a la que llegaron todos los participantes del evento fue la necesidad de definir una serie de estándares de base para el desarrollo de tecnologías de monitorización y control de la energía a nivel doméstico, tanto en el ámbito de comunicación de dispositivos como interconexión de electrodomésticos básicos a través de adaptadores de red.
